Role Overview
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to help manage the daily operations of the family office. This individual will play a key role in maintaining efficient systems, accurate financial reporting, and clear communication across family and advisor networks. The role involves close collaboration with executives, handling confidential information, and contributing to the management of investments, events, and charitable initiatives.
In addition to administrative and financial responsibilities, this position will support planning and hosting corporate events – many of which involve outdoor activities such as hunting, clay shooting, and target shooting. Candidates should be comfortable assisting with logistics and hospitality for these events in a professional and organized manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and report on the family's private equity and investment portfolio
- Maintain accurate and confidential family and financial records
- Support basic accounting functions, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
- Use Excel and related tools to analyze data and generate clear, actionable reports
Operations & Administration
