Compensation :

Sign On Bonus (for non-agency applicants only) : $3,500 paid in four quarterly installments beginning 90 days after the first patients seen date.

Part-time : $500 per day, minimum 1 patient per day, 2 or 3 days per week

Training : 3 weeks full-time, Mon-Fri, day shifts

Note : Working as a 1099 Independent Contractor benefits are not provided.

Training :

Providers will participate in a 3-week long training process to ensure overall preparedness and confidence before seeing patients independently.
