We specialize in single-ply systems, standing seam metal roofs, custom fabrication, roof maintenance, and flashing. With skilled crews and a dedicated shop, we deliver durable, custom solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings-backed by responsive service and decades of expertise.

We are seeking a full time, onsite, Accounting & Office Manager for our Bloomington, IN shop.

The Accounting & Office Manager will lead our administrative operations and serve as our

go-to for Accounting and HR. This role supports all departments (Production, Service, Sales & Accounting) by managing reports, paperwork, billing, and project documentation. The Accounting & Office Manager will oversee key functions including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Human Resources, ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Job functions include -

Accounts Receivable & Payable

  • Create customer invoices and manage collections
  • Handle AIA billings and lien waivers
  • Process vendor POs and payment documentation

Accounting

  • Ensure tax compliance and support audits
  • Track inventory, fixed assets, leases, and charge accounts
  • Month-End Close

  • Record GL adjustments, intercompany transactions, and accruals
  • Reconcile bank accounts and review financial activity
  • Run contract profit reports and support project cost reviews
  • Management & Administration

  • Supervise HR / Payroll Coordinator
  • Oversee payroll processing, tax filings, and year-end reporting
  • Support HR functions : onboarding, compliance, benefits, and reporting
  • Manage general office operations and administrative tasks
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 2-4 years of accounting experience
  • Familiarity with payroll practices and GAAP
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and 10-key
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and accurate
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • High integrity, initiative, and adaptability
  • Willingness to learn and grow
