Short & Long Term Disability plan options Dental / Vision Insurance Group Life Insurance 401k retirement plan packages Employee discounts on automobile, service and parts $6,000 - $12,000 a month Customer service is a top priority 100% interface with customers Field incoming phone calls from customers Helping with the repair order paperwork flow from beginning to end Must be a quick learner Ability to problem solve and work on your own and in a team environment Quality minded individual Ability to work well with others 1-2 years minimum of automotive service writing experience (preferred) Great communication skills Ability to effectively and easily build rapport with others Outstanding customer service skills Valid in-state driver’s license Clean motor vehicle record Organizational and time management skills Tekion (DMS) experience a plus Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen Monday to Friday Weekends as needed 8 hour shift Day shift Torrance, CA 90503 : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Driver's License (Preferred)
