Job description :

This is a long-term contract, so there is no end date. It is a hybrid position, so there will be 2 specific days of the week required in office.

The candidate is an experienced Payroll professional with expertise in processing payroll for employees across multiple states.

This includes paying wages, withholding and reporting taxes, and administering benefits. Processed Biweekly for approximately 3,500 employees with 5 entities.

Responsible for record-keeping of vacations, taxable wages, earnings, and deductions, organizational chart changes, cost centers, OM&CPM, work location, and schedule changes. Experienced in employee data processing related to payroll, benefits, training, SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors HRMS and Kronos / UKG timekeeping experience all a plus and attendance using HRMS software.

Resolved timecard discrepancies, ran reports, reviewed and made historical edits, and processed tax withholdings
