Our client, a global real estate investment firm, is seeking someone with superior experience with Yardi to support the company staff across the organization via a helpdesk ticketing system. You will be responsible for :
- Responding to helpdesk tickets and support emails from property and corporate teams across the US
- Provide training to new and existing users
- Upload and process payables, including invoices
- conduct monthly property reviews and journal entries
- Must have strong and recent experience with the Yardi platform and add-on modules
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Superior customer service skills
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience working in a real estate firm
