Refinery Site Lead
As a Refinery Site Lead, you will be responsible for :
- Managing the day-to-day operations of existing refinery chemical process business for your customer accounts, technicians and account representatives
- Interpreting technical data and sending service reports to identify customer recommendations on a daily or weekly basis
- Attending customer meetings on a regular basis to lead business reviews and technical presentations
- Interfacing with customers and internal teams to promote teamwork and provide technical expertise, troubleshooting and assistance
- Managing account budget, P&L, chemical inventories and coordination of chemical at customer locations
- Identifying customer projects to help create new sales growth opportunities
To be successful in this role you will :
Have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Chemical Engineering Degree preferred)Have 7 years of experience in Industrial, Refining, or SalesDemonstrate knowledge of Refinery Process and Finished Fuels Additive and treatmentShow proficiency in IT such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customersBe a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problemsWork in a way that works for you :
This role is working with our customer on-site. Monday - Friday, 8-5; with afterhours support as needed.Working with us :
