Construction Project Manager
Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish. Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Monitor project costs, risk, quality, and schedule performance. Maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery. Drive successful project outcomes while meeting safety and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient project execution. Support project closeout and turnover activities.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of experience managing construction projects. Experience leading commercial construction projects is required. Proven ability to manage projects in the $1M-$10M range. Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills. Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive project success.
