Schedule
Day Shifts: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Night Call: 4:30 PM-8:00 AM
Weekend Call: 24-Hour Coverage, 8:00 AM-8:00 AM
Approximately 7 Shifts Per Month
Call Coverage Required During Scheduled Assignments
Night Call May End Early Depending on Coverage Needs
Schedule and Call Times May Vary
Coverage Needed for Scheduled Provider Time Off and Service Gaps

Provide Pediatric Otolaryngology Care
Evaluate and Manage Pediatric ENT Patients
Perform Pediatric ENT Surgical Procedures
Provide Clinical and Surgical Coverage
Provide Night and Weekend Call Coverage as Needed
Respond to Telephone Consultations and Emergencies

Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
Illinois Medical License Required at Application
IMLC Accepted
Must Disclose IMLC Status at Submission
Minimum 1 Year of Clinical Experience - Required
ACLS - Required
BLS - Required
PALS - Required
DEA - Required
Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) - Required
Must Be Comfortable Providing Pediatric ENT Surgical Care
Must Be Willing to Participate in Call Coverage During Scheduled Assignments

Requirements
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine – [REQUIRED] Active New Jersey Medical License – [PREFERRED] (can obtain prior to start) BLS Certification – [REQUIRED] Experience in Adult Outpatient Care – [REQUIRED] Proficiency in EKG Interpretation – [REQUIRED] Experience Performing Disability Exams (Occupational Medicine) – [PREFERRED] Experience with Cerner EMR – [PREFERRED] Experience in a Primary Care / Outpatient Clinic Setting – [PREFERRED]
