Asbury Heights is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will work closely with our residents and their families to provide support, advocacy, and resources to ensure their overall well-being.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in social work.

Responsibilities :

• Provide emotional support to residents and their families
• Develop care plans and goals for residents
• Assess residents' needs and provide resources accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care for residents
• Advocate for residents' rights and ensure their safety and well-being
• Facilitate support groups and educational programs

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work
• Current license as a Social Worker in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
