Network Architect

A company is looking for a Managed Services Architect for Network.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation, development, and implementation of Managed Services network solutions

Support Managed Services sales efforts through pricing validation and client onboarding

Provide operational support and escalation for critical client incidents

Required Qualifications

Four-year university degree or college diploma in computer science or 10+ years equivalent work experience

10+ years of experience in network-based technologies at an architect level

5+ years of experience in an operational capacity for a Managed Services Provider

Certifications such as ITIL and professional / expert level technical certifications in Network are highly desired

Experience in Managed Services Sales and / or Solution Management is a plus
