Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, guided by therapeutic techniques tailored to the client’s unique situation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client goals, ensuring alignment with best practices in mental health care.
• Provide emotional support, coping strategies, and encouragement to clients as they work to overcome emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to coordinate care and optimize outcomes for our clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring client confidentiality.
• Continuously engage in professional development and remain current with emerging trends in counseling and mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Oasis of Hope, you will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will address a wide array of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more, tailoring your approach to accommodate the unique cultural and emotional needs of each individual. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload management. Additional benefits include:
