Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to gather insights into their mental health challenges, emotional hurdles, and personal aspirations.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, offering individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans by setting measurable goals and interventions that align with each client’s preferences and therapeutic needs.
• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate support to clients who are facing acute mental health crises, ensuring they receive timely assistance and stabilization.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, empowering them with coping strategies and directing them towards community resources that can provide additional support.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and relevant outcome measurements in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.
• Adhere rigorously to ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing therapeutic practices, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and informed consent for all clients.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence in your therapeutic approach, respecting and valuing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all clients.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse clientele that encompasses individuals of various ages and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. Our clients often seek support for common mental health disorders, relational conflicts, and significant life changes. Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• Demonstrated clinical experience and proficiency in delivering therapeutic services to a varied demographic.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
