Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing our LCSW to offer flexible and convenient mental health support through a telehealth platform. As a member of our virtual team, you will engage with clients through secure video calls and digital communication, utilizing technology to maintain strong therapeutic relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized clinical assessments for clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through telehealth interactions.
• Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, with a focus on collaboration to achieve shared goals, including quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create and implement comprehensive care plans that address client needs and promote recovery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and monitor clients’ progress to ensure that treatment plans are effective and responsive to emerging challenges.
• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients as needed, ensuring that appropriate resources are mobilized for immediate assistance.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere for open communication.
• Maintain documentation and reporting in compliance with organizational standards, ensuring timely and accurate submission of treatment reports and data.
• Assist in safety and risk management by identifying potential hazards and adhering to protocol for creating a safe virtual treatment environment.
• Contribute insights to organizational committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and quality improvement efforts.

The LCSW will work with a diverse range of clients from different cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds. Qualifications

• A master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is mandatory.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey ideas and engage with clients virtually.
• Strong organizational and planning skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
• Competency in understanding the developmental needs and age-related issues relevant to the populations served.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, enabling more effective communication with a broader client base.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a telehealth setting is preferred but not required, as we provide training and resources for remote service delivery.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and familiarity with mental health service delivery systems can be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
