POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Program/Project Management Lead to join our Program, Project & Service Management team in driving complex Enterprise AI initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely on high-impact projects within the Health & Life Sciences sector to support a client dedicated to improving member quality of life through health and well-being services. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, cross-functional orchestration, and stakeholder alignment across high-priority Agentic AI initiatives.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead planning and execution of complex Enterprise AI initiatives, capabilities, and business use cases.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across product, engineering, data, operations, and business teams.
• Facilitate decision-making and drive resolution of cross-functional issues and dependencies.
• Establish delivery cadences, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and governance activities.
• Ensure requirements, dependencies, assumptions, and implementation considerations are understood and documented.
• Support testing, implementation, operational readiness, and post-launch transition activities.
• Drive accountability and follow-through across stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Project Management (3+ years experience with Master proficiency in Program Project Management and Scope Management).
• Agentic AI (3+ years experience leading or managing Agentic AI projects).
• Gen-AI (3+ years experience with generative AI platforms, frameworks, or enterprise integrations).

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

• Intermediate proficiency in Agentic Design, Agent Orchestration, and AI Agents.
• Health & Life Sciences industry experience.
• Strong cross-functional team leadership, influencing, and advisory skills.
• Enterprise AI solution governance and risk management experience.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

An experienced Program/Project Management Lead with deep subject matter expertise in managing technical, cross-functional delivery within Enterprise AI environments. The ideal candidate blends high-level delivery governance with functional understanding of AI Agents and Agentic Design, operating with strong advisory skills to influence stakeholders and guide complex implementations in the Health & Life Sciences domain.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution and delivery of complex Enterprise AI and Agentic AI projects.
• Develop integrated project schedules, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and manage scope across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across business, engineering, product, and data groups.
• Establish governance frameworks, delivery cadences, stakeholder updates, and progress reporting.
• Support post-launch transitions, operational readiness, and user implementation activities.
