Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and compassionate inquiry methods.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in conjunction with clients, tracking their progress through regular check-ins and adjustments as necessary.
• Provide individual therapy through teletherapy platforms, ensuring access to care for clients facing mobility challenges or those residing in remote areas.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions to uphold ethical and professional standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as workshops and training sessions, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of advancements in therapy methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base consists of individuals and families facing a diverse array of challenges, including trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts. As an LMFT at Adore Health, you'll play a critical role in guiding clients through healing processes, helping them achieve stability and fulfillment in their lives.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, a nonjudgmental approach, and cultural competence in dealing with diverse client backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage client caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or couples can enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual treatment methodologies is advantageous.
• Participation in specialized training regarding addiction treatment and trauma-informed care is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
