Customer Service RepresentativeThe Customer Service Representative (CSR) role ensures all members, guests, and prospective members receive top-notch customer service. This is a part-time, hourly non-exempt position.Member Experience & Sales Support• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members• Inform prospective members about our membership options and current promotions• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accountsFront Desk Operations & Compliance• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag• Operate the POS system and accept payments• Ensure all retail items are fully stocked• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the clubOther duties as assigned These duties and responsibilities may change at any time.
