Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist – Telehealth

Enlightened Essence Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services via telehealth. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing you with the flexibility to deliver services in a comfortable setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulating clinical diagnoses that guide treatment planning.
• Implement individualized and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to the unique circumstances and treatment goals of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health situations, ensuring timely and effective response to their needs.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential client records in line with ethical and legal standards, which include detailed treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical assessments.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals—such as psychiatrists and social workers—to ensure holistic treatment and support.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, available treatment options, and local community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, attending workshops and training to stay updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, including various ages, cultures, and mental health conditions. You will engage with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges, among other needs. This role requires a compassionate approach and a commitment to empowering clients as they work towards their mental health goals.

Qualifications

• You must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist, holding credentials such as LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
• Capability to perform independently while also collaborating effectively within a team setting.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and maintaining the highest professional standards in therapy.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, previous experience in a clinical telehealth setting is highly advantageous. Candidates with familiarity in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices such as CBT or DBT will stand out in the selection process.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a sign-on bonus to qualified candidates.
