Your duties may include:Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.Providing companionship and emotional support.Supporting safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention within your training.Preparing meals and assisting with eating as appropriate.Providing medication reminders within the permitted non-medical scope.Performing light housekeeping and laundry.Assisting clients living with dementia or memory impairment.Observing and promptly reporting changes in client condition, behavior, or safety.Maintaining accurate service records and following electronic visit verification (EVV) requirements.Following individualized care plans, agency policies, and professional boundaries.Who We Are Looking For We are especially interested in caregivers who demonstrate:Compassion, patience, empathy, and respect for others.Dependability, punctuality, and strong attendance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional judgment and the ability to follow instructions.Experience assisting seniors or individuals with disabilities.Knowledge of dementia care, fall prevention, or personal care.Commitment to client privacy, confidentiality, and safety.Willingness to report concerns and communicate promptly with management.Caregivers with two or more years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications and RequirementsPrevious professional or personal caregiving experience preferred.California Home Care Aide registration and required background clearance, or willingness to complete applicable requirements before assignment.Ability to complete agency orientation and required training.Reliable transportation to and from assigned client locations.Ability to use a smartphone or approved device for electronic visit verification.Ability to perform essential caregiving duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.Legal authorization to work in the United States.Hourly Pay: $23.00–$27.00 Starting compensation is determined by relevant experience, qualifications, specialized skills, and assignment responsibilities.
