Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status and emotional well-being, gathering vital information that informs treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs, goals, and challenges of each client.
• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing emergencies, helping them navigate through difficult situations effectively.
• Maintain detailed, confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, discussing cases and strategies during team meetings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including staying informed about the latest research in mental health and attending training sessions to enhance your skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW).
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a strong ability to identify clients’ needs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
