Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery License: Active State License required Certifications: RN, BLS, ACLS, Advanced NRP, Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN Advanced, AWHONN Intermediate, or Relias Fetal Heart Monitoring) Must-Have: - Experience in labor, post-partum, antepartum, cesarean section, post-op, and newborn care - Ability to float within the scope as needed Description: Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience. Travelers are encouraged to apply, including first-time travelers. Must have certifications in RN, BLS, ACLS, Advanced NRP, and Fetal Monitoring. Responsibilities include labor management, post-partum care, antepartum assessment, cesarean section circulation, post-operative care, and newborn care. Staff will be required to complete any assigned education within one week of starting the assignment. Travelers may be asked to float within the site and across the system. It is essential to be flexible with schedule requirements, including rotating weekends and holidays. All travelers are expected to adhere to documentation and compliance requirements as part of their assignment.
