About the Role:
Tous les Jours Albuquerque is looking for a talented and passionate Cake Decorator to join our team! If you have an eye for detail and a love for creating beautiful, artisan baked goods, this is the perfect opportunity to bring your creativity to life in a warm and welcoming bakery environment.



Responsibilities:

• Design and decorate custom cakes, pastries, and baked goods to brand and customer specifications
• Apply frosting, fondant, piping, and other decorative elements with precision and artistry
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill custom cake orders on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe decorating station
• Assist with daily bakery production and display case presentation
• Communicate with customers to understand and execute custom order requests
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation standards across all decorated products

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cake decorating, pastry arts, or a related bakery role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and artistic ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery environment and meet deadlines
• Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Passion for baking, pastry arts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences
