As a Team Member, you'll bring energy and positivity to every customer interaction while crafting delicious, nutritious blends in a fast-paced, fun environment.



Responsibilities:

• Prepare and blend smoothies and other menu items accurately and efficiently
• Greet and assist customers with menu selections and nutritional goals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the blending station and store
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Restock ingredients, supplies as needed
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily sales goals

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — a positive attitude and willingness to learn are a must
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
