$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission

My client is a UK-founded global STEM recruitment business hiring Associate Recruitment Consultants for its Chicago office. You’ll start on a $50,000 base with uncapped commission on top, and a structured route from your first desk to a full 360 role. Your earnings are directly tied to performance. There is no ceiling.

The role

You’ll recruit specialist talent across STEM, starting as an Associate and developing into a 360 Recruitment Consultant managing both clients and candidates. You’ll build your own client portfolio, and your earnings grow with it.

Training and development

• Structured onboarding program designed for people entering recruitment
• Dedicated in-house Learning & Development team providing ongoing coaching and support
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced billers and leaders who have progressed through the ranks themselves
• Training in candidate sourcing, headhunting, cold calling, business development, negotiation and closing
• Regular feedback, performance reviews and individual development plans

Progression

Promotion is based on performance, not length of service. The path runs from Associate to 360 Consultant, then Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant and management, subject to performance and available positions.

Earnings and incentives

• $50,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission

What you need

• 6+ months of B2B sales experience, or a sales internship, or up to 1 year in staffing or recruitment
• Alternatively, a highly motivated graduate with strong commercial awareness
