: Technology and AI Strategy Lead

serve customers, and create competitive advantage. Technology and AI are important enablers of this transformation, creating opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, support business growth, and enhance customer outcomes.

The Technology & AI Strategy Lead is responsible for shaping, maintaining, and driving execution of the enterprise technology and AI agenda in partnership with business, technology, data, risk, and functional leaders. The role owns the integrated strategic agenda, enterprise-level recommendations, strategic coherence, value framework, and executive decision support. The role provides independent analysis, subject matter expertise, and strategic recommendations that help leadership evaluate technology and AI opportunities, risks, and trade-offs. Success requires strong business acumen, strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex technology concepts into practical business implications and measurable outcomes.
