Seeking Booking Agent - Customer Service Specialist!Capital Vacations is urgently hiring in our Hotel Booking Department at our Springfield Call Center. This position is responsible for booking reservations for the Activations department and data entry.So many companies have been downsizing over the last year, but we were busy acquiring new resorts for our owners to travel to and we have no plans to slow down. If you are a fast learner who is eager to increase your knowledge and skillset - apply today!Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Check all Marketing EmailsCheck all reservations to ensure nothing is booked on blackout dates and that dates are availableEmail hotels and vendorsKeep up to date Blackout ListCheck condo availability and assign toursPull manifests for all arrivalsAll other duties assignedBenefits of the position:Full Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance; 401K; PTO, etc.Monday – Friday set schedulePaid WeeklyJob Requirements1+ year Administrative or Office work preferredExcellent verbal communication skillsFast learner who is eager to increase your knowledge and skillsetAbility to multi-task and perform well under pressureFunctional knowledge of computers and basic computer programsExcellent communication skillsGood communication skills and excellent customer service.Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.Proper phone etiquette.Proficient in basic PC knowledgeMicrosoft Office experience is preferredMust enjoy a team environmentMust be at least 18 to apply.Shift: (Additional hours may be required to meet deadlines as necessary)Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
