What We're Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing personality and strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable approaching and engaging Walmart shoppers.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to complete required tax preparation training.
• A valid IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number is required before preparing returns. We'll help you through the application process!
