Job Overview
A law firm seeks a junior to midlevel litigation associate for its patent practice in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have one to six years of patent litigation experience and possess superior academic credentials along with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

Duties

• Engage in high tech and life sciences patent litigation.
• Collaborate with team members on case strategy and execution.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in client meetings and court proceedings.

Requirements

• One to six years of patent litigation experience.
• Bar admission in the state of Washington or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.
• Superior academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Washington.
