Job Description

Within this position, you will be responsible for developing client relationships and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. You will work alongside senior decision-makers at leading trading and investment firms, and build relationships with highly experienced professionals from quantitative, statistical and engineering backgrounds. No prior experience is required: we will teach you both the AI and trading markets, and you'll learn directly from experienced consultants from day one. This is a pathway to senior consulting, client leadership and team management roles within a growing organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field
• Genuine interest in sales and financial markets
• Resilience and a strong work ethic
• Embrace learning and staying curious
• Internship experience in investments, securities or sales

Compensation Package

• Base salary + uncapped commission
