Drivers selecting the "Driver for a Fleet Owner (Do Not Own a Truck)" option will operate a Fleet Owner's truck as an independent contractor and will not be contracted directly with TForce Freight.\n

Top Pay & Benefits:\n

• Solo CDL-A Drivers:

• Average $225,000 - $250,000 per year, gross
\n
• Average $4,500 - $5,000 per week, gross
\n
• Team CDL-A Drivers:

• Average $475,000 - $500,000 per year, gross
\n
• Average $9,500 - $10,000 per week, gross
\n
• Typically out 8-10 days
\n
• No Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont or New York City
\n
• West Coast optional
\n
• 100% no-touch freight and 75% drop and hook
\n
• Detention, layover, and stop pay
\n
• Fuel discounts: up to $1 off on all fuel
\n
• 100% fuel surcharge on all miles
\n

• Class A CDL

• Minimum 1 year of over-the-road experience

• Must own your own truck
