We’re Hiring: Paralegal I

Location: Nashville, TN

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – In-office 2 days per week

Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with experience in contract drafting, review, and administration? We’re looking for a motivated Paralegal I to join a fast-paced Business Arrangements and Transactions team and help manage the contracting lifecycle for Hospital Services Agreements (HSAs).

Key Responsibilities

• Review contract intake forms and draft initial agreements and amendments.
• Review and redline contracts in accordance with internal guidelines and established contracting frameworks.
• Create and maintain accurate contract records in designated contract management systems.
• Finalize contracts after negotiations, coordinate internal and external signatures, and manage contract closeout.
• Draft and process Short-Term Extensions (STEs), Notices of Non-Renewal (NNTR), demand letters, and breach letters.
• Support the resolution of contractual issues, operational disputes, and delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure contracts are finalized and ready for billing initiation.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of paralegal experience.
• Certificate in Paralegal Studies required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Contract drafting and negotiation experience preferred.
