Project Superintendents
Great projects need strong field leadership. Wesbuilt Construction Managers is growing, and we're looking for experienced Superintendents to join our Field team. Our Superintendents take ownership of their projects, lead teams in the field, and play a key role in delivering quality work safely and on schedule.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily field operations from mobilization through project completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and site activities
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and jobsite organization
- Work closely with Project Managers and project teams to keep work moving
- Identify challenges, solve problems, and drive successful project delivery
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial construction field supervision experience
- Experience with commercial interiors, occupied renovations, and/or ground-up construction
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and takes pride in their work
