Job Overview

A law firm seeks a senior associate to join its structured capital and fund finance practice in New York. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS.

Duties

• Represent sponsors, issuers, investors, and other market participants in various transactions.
• Engage in rated note feeders (RNFs), collateralized fund obligations (CFOs), and liquidity solutions.
• Collaborate with structured finance, asset management, and insurance solutions teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fund finance, structured capital, or esoteric ABS.
• Ability to work cross-disciplinarily with various teams.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
