Interventional Radiologist Needed - Palm Beach County, FL!!\n

\nThe new rates for on-site IR are as follows:\n

\n1099- $650,000 annually \n
\nW2- $625,000 annually \n
\n

\nJob Description:\n
\nWe are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience performing minimally invasive procedures using advanced imaging techniques. This role offers an opportunity to significantly impact patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and includes both onsite work and call
responsibilities.\n

\nKey
Responsibilities:\n
\n
\nPerform a wide range of interventional procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, biopsies, drainages, and tumor ablations. \n
\nUtilize imaging modalities such as fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, and MRI for precise guidance during procedures. \n
\nCollaborate with referring physicians and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans for patients. \n
\nProvide detailed explanations of procedures to patients, addressing concerns and ensuring informed consent. \n
\nMaintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. \n
\nMentor and train residents and junior staff in interventional techniques and best practices. \n
\nParticipate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives within the department. \n
\nStay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in interventional radiology through ongoing education and training.\n
\n
\nQualifications:\n
\n
\nBoard Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology with a fellowship in Interventional Radiology \n
\nProven clinical skills and experience in a variety of interventional procedures \n
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care \n
\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment \n
\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n
\nPlease note:\n
\nSchedule is 2 weeks on 2 weeks off \n
\nOn-site / M-F 8a-5p followed by call from 5p-8a (24 hr shifts) \n
\nStart as soon as Credentialed \n
\n
\nWe can offer W2 or 1099.\n
\n
