Responsibilities

CGS is hiring for one of its nationwide Financial Services customers seeking a Transformation Program Analyst/BA to begin on a contract. The ideal candidate will service stakeholders and technical teams, gathering and documenting requirements and helping translate them into workable solutions within the enterprise’s Servicing CRM system.

Primary Job Duties:

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements from Servicing stakeholders
• Map current-state and future-state business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for development teams.
• Support the product backlog by helping refine and prioritize requirements with the product owner.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and user acceptance testing.
• Assist with UAT and validate that delivered features meet business requirements.
• Develop clear, comprehensive UAT test scripts that servicing staff can follow without technical assistance.
• Analyze operational data and build basic reports to track process performance and support decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between Servicing and technical teams to keep requirements clear and aligned.

Education, Training, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Understanding of mortgage or lending servicing operations; reverse mortgage/HECM experience a plus.
• Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Asana
• Basic SQL or reporting skills (e.g., Power BI) to support data analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical teams.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
