This dynamic law firm is seeking an experienced Biotech Patent Agent from a top U.S. law firm with a superb biotechnology and life sciences background.
This position is designed for professionals with a strong foundation in biotechnology and life sciences, complemented by experience in a leading U.
S. law firm. It presents an exceptional opportunity for career growth through diverse patent-related activities and avenues for collaborative development.

Responsibilities :
Respond to U.S. office actions with the USPTO
Conduct prior art and freedom-to-operate searches for patentability and freedom-to-operate analysis
Draft high-quality U.S. patent applications
Be an integral member of the team and invest in attorneys with both mentorship and professional growth
Qualifications :
Ideal candidates will have a Biology-related PhD
Must be eligible for USPTO admissions
Superior academic credentials required
Outstanding writing ability is required
2+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in a broad range of biology applications which may include molecular and cellular biology, Genetics, and / or Immunology.
Anticipated Base Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range is $142,000-180,000 per year. Actual salary will depend on several factors including but not limited to specific qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
