We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a BSN Assistant Professor on a part-time basis in Idaho Falls. This role involves instructing and guiding students in our Nursing programs, ensuring they achieve the necessary competencies and standards required in the field of nursing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Instruction : Deliver engaging and effective instruction in clinicals, labs, and simulated clinical experiences (SCE), ensuring alignment with course outlines and syllabi. Evaluate and provide feedback on student performance, maintaining a clean and organized learning environment.
• Student Engagement : Maintain availability for student consultations via email, phone, or in-person meetings. Supervise, debrief, and support students in various learning settings.
• Professional Development : Participate in faculty orientation, mentoring programs, and ongoing professional development activities. Stay current with nursing practices and maintain necessary certifications and licensure.
• Administrative Duties : Accurately record and report attendance and grades, adhering to FERPA regulations. Collaborate with colleagues in exam preparation and strategic planning to enhance program quality.
• Clinical Supervision : Plan and oversee student clinical experiences, ensuring health and safety standards are met. Provide immediate feedback on clinical performance and maintain comprehensive student records.

Qualifications

Masters in nursing required completed

3 years bedside
