What you will do
- Design, build, test, release, and maintain production iOS and/or Android apps
- Own complex features end to end, from technical definition to production deployment
- Build backend services, REST APIs, and cloud integrations on AWS and GCP
- Connect apps to consumer products over Bluetooth and BLE, including discovery and pairing
- Set mobile best practices, lead code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers
- Run CI/CD, automated testing, and root-cause analysis on production issues
- Partner with electrical engineering, product design, marketing, ecommerce, and IT
What you need
- 5 to 8 years of professional software development with significant production mobile experience
- Strong Swift, iOS SDK, and Xcode skills, plus React Native cross-platform experience
- Backend experience with APIs, networking, and databases
- Hands-on AWS and GCP integration experience
- Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Nice to have
- Bluetooth, BLE, IoT, or smart device app experience
- Native Android with Kotlin or Java
- Experience working closely with hardware engineering teams
