Key Responsibilities :
Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.
Collect, prepare, and analyze samples, such as blood, urine, and tissues.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Record and report test results, maintaining detailed documentation.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and validate test results.
Participate in quality control and quality assurance procedures.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in laboratory technology.
Qualifications :
Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field preferred but not necessary
Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols accurately.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.
Understanding of safety and infection control protocols.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
