Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage business or operational projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring projects are completed successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and coordinate projects from start to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and track progress.
• Coordinate with management, clients, and internal teams.
• Manage project resources, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
• Review project costs, budgets, contracts, and estimates.
• Identify project risks and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to management.

Required Skills:

• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ability to manage multiple activities independently.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 4 years of project management experience.
• PMP or PMI certification preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Someone with strong business/non-IT project management experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
