GG Homes is looking for an ambitious Real Estate Agent with a drive to win in a changing industry.

GG Homes averages over 200 listings annually and is looking for a licensed Real Estate Agent hungry for the opportunity to take on our SD listings.
No more hunting for leads, we will give the listings directly to you!
Compensation :
$70,000 - $80,000 + Bonuses
Responsibilities :
In this role, you'll be responsible for :
- Developing and implementing effective listing strategies to maximize property exposure
- Collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling property listings
- Cultivating strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Keeping clients informed about the status of their property listings and market trends
- Expertly negotiate and close deals, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the seller
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulatory standards
- Work closely with legal and administrative teams to streamline processes
Qualifications :
- Active California Real Estate License is required
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to perform under pressure and work on tight deadlines
Bonus Points :
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Experience with CRM software
- Experience with lead generation and prospecting
- Experience with closing deals
- Fluent in Spanish
