They’re now looking for a Senior Director to lead their Market Access practice, someone who combines scientific depth, commercial awareness, and leadership. You’ll guide major strategy projects, shape client partnerships, and drive the growth of a talented consulting team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Market Access and pricing strategy projects across global and European markets, including payer evidence generation, value communication, and HTA planning
• Manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to global and regional market access teams
• Support business growth through account development, new service offerings, and thought leadership
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring high technical and strategic quality across every engagement
• Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
