Senior Corporate Accountant
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Accountant to join our global consolidations accounting team. In this role, you will assist with the worldwide consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US GAAP and the company's accounting policies. You will partner closely with finance leaders across multiple countries, perform detailed variance analysis, and present results to executive management.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with strong technical accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones. You will also play a key role in process improvement, risk identification, and policy development, while supporting both internal and external audits. This is a high-visibility position that requires precision, collaboration, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You'll Do :
- Assist in the global consolidation of monthly and quarterly financial results, partnering with local finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.
- Conduct variance analysis for assigned countries and present findings to executive management.
- Support the monthly close process, including posting top-level journal entries and reviewing co-workers' work papers.
- Ensure proper documentation of financial data, analysis, and supporting schedules.
- Review and provide feedback on internal and external management reports and presentations.
- Perform accounting research to guide management and subsidiaries.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Support fraud detection efforts and assist with internal and external audits.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For :
Experience & Education :
Required : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Preferred : Master's degree in Accounting or Finance plus CPA, CIA, or CFE certification.4+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in Big 4 public accounting or 6+ years in industry.Skills & Competencies :

Occasional overtime or non-standard hours as needed.Professional office environment.Some travel may be required.Hybrid work model if you are within 50 miles or 1 hour commute time to a TD SYNNEX office : 2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week. 3 days in-office effective January 2026. Flexibility may vary based on business needs and changes.
