About The Role
This is a sales-driven position designed for someone who\'s hands-on, resourceful, and eager to grow with a fast-paced team. As a key team member, you\'ll play a direct role in driving revenue, supporting customers, and assisting with operations across departments. You\'ll collaborate with leadership, manufacturing, and customer support to keep projects moving forward and business running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Engagement
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and website
Assist customers in selecting the right weighing equipment for their needsGenerate quotes, process orders, and manage timely follow-ups to close dealsBuild and maintain strong relationships with end users, dealers, and distributorsSupport sales efforts across eCommerce platforms including Amazon, eBay, and ShopifyUse Salesforce CRM to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain customer recordsFollow up on quotes, inquiries, and prior customer activity to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat businessManufacturing & Technical SupportAssist with reviewing and managing CAD drawings for custom scale designs
Work closely with engineering and production teams to translate customer requirements into manufacturable solutionsDevelop a strong understanding of the scale product line, including models, configurations, and applicationsLearn calibration techniques and assist with troubleshooting tasks to ensure systems function properly before shippingSupport quality control and product testing to verify that assemblies meet performance standardsOperations & General SupportAssist in day-to-day operations, coordinating across leadership and cross-functional teams
Help with inventory management, shipping / receiving, and logistics coordinationManage project timelines, customer orders, and internal task trackingContribute across departments—including marketing, admin, and customer service—when neededSupport improvements in internal systems such as MRP software, Salesforce CRM, and process documentationThrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility, accountability, and follow-through are essentialQualifications
2-3 years of experience in sales, manufacturing, or operationsBachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) requiredStrong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand complex industrial productsFamiliarity with CAD software and MRP / CRM systems preferredExcellent communication, follow-through, and customer service skillsExperience in weighing, measurement, or industrial equipment industry a strong plusMust be located in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas (full-time, on-site role)Standard hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PMReports directly to the CEOWhat We Offer
