Community Physical was founded in 1986 by Bob Tripicchio, PT, MS, DSc, on the premise that people are the most important asset of any organization.

CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services.

Community Physical Therapy is a leading therapy provider in the greater Chicagoland area and southern Wisconsin. We have an Immediate Opening for an ST to provide consistent home care and out-patient services in the southwest suburbs, most especially at our Assisted Living and Independent Living Huntley campus.

If you have a passion for geriatric rehabilitation this is a great prn opportunity to work with in the southwest suburbs within beautiful Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities.

Your role will be to provide either Home Care or Out-Patient therapy services to residents right where they live : Recent Home Care experience with completing Open OASIS preferred.

Workdays / hours are flexible but do require Monday thru Friday availability during regular business hours. Weekend needs are variable.

Documentation systems : Kinnser and Thera Office.
