Technical Sales Support

Overview

To provide essential day-to-day administration and sales support for the UK Construction Accessories team. This role ensures the accurate and timely input of quotes, management of trackers, and smooth operation of sales processes. It will also contribute to business growth by proactively engaging with customers, supporting the conversion of quotes to orders, and identifying new opportunities. The position plays a critical role in enabling the sales engineers to focus on customer engagement and revenue generation.

• Input and maintain accurate quotations in line with customer requirements
• Manage and update sales trackers to ensure visibility of opportunities and performance
• Support the Construction Accessories team with day-to-day administration tasks
• Proactively follow up on open quotes and liaise with customers to drive conversion
• Assist with generating new business through proactive customer engagement
