Job Description

The Director of Fiscal and Business Operations is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the School's financial operations and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strategic alignment. This role manages a seasoned financial team that executes core functions such as payroll, procurement, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management for the School's administrative departments, with combined operations of approximately $48M. The Director serves as a subject matter expert on financial systems, assessing the impact of new implementations on the Business Administrator community, and providing training and guidance as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 710 years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, business operations, or administrative leadership. Demonstrated experience overseeing budgeting, procurement, payroll, and financial reporting in a complex organization. Experience managing or advising teams responsible for multiple administrative or academic units preferred.
