Job description

Your Schedule!

  • 4 working Days, guarantee 20 hours!  - Part Time.
  • Wed – Sat Availability between 8am – 6pm, working 2-to-5-hour shifts and stacking shifts.
  • Care  for  Clients within Pierce & King County  (be willing to commute within 30 - 35 Miles)
  • $25.00 / hour.
  • Have at least 1 year of experience as a Caregiver.
  • Clients could have pets in the home and / or Smoke.
  • Main needs will include assistance with bathing, light housekeeping, meal prep and transportation for errands and appointments, and stacking Shifts, must be comfortable working with pets in the home.

  • Companionship & Conversation
  • Activities, Mobility, Stand-by Assist, Transfers
  • Meal Preparation
  • Transportation to & from appointments or errands
  • Working 2-to-6-hour shifts and Stacking.
  • Medication Reminders
  • Personal Hygiene (bathing, dressing, grooming)
  • Light Housekeeping
  • Documentation & Report Client’s conditions / Updates.
  • Provide safety supervision

    • The  Lead Caregiver  at Right at Home acts as a liaison between field caregivers and office staff. Lead Caregiver works an unset schedule, however working hours are between 8AM and 6PM. Because of the variable nature of caregiving shifts, an exact work schedule is difficult to pre-determine. Responsibilities include working initial shifts for new clients, filling in for last-minute or temporary shifts, introducing new caregivers to clients. Lead Caregivers are expected to embody the company’s values of compassion, accountability, and high standards of customer service and client satisfaction. Because of the variable nature of caregiving shifts, an exact work schedule is difficult to pre-determine.
