Come build hope with us! MHP is hiring a full-time Learning & Development Specialist to provide all aspects of training, group facilitation, and coaching to external service providers, and MHP staff. The Learning & Development Specialist delivers recovery and trauma-informed courses to MHP Staff, program participants, provider agencies and employers, and other community members, including but not limited to the MHP Certification programs (Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and CPS Supervisor (S-CPS), the WRAP series (Seminar I and II), continuing education courses, and professional development courses. The Learning & Development Specialist also ensures good and proactive communication about learning and development issues within MHP as well as with external partners and stakeholders.

The position is a full-time role, with a hybrid in-office schedule of Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, and a starting salary of $48,000 annually. As an MHP employee, you will have access to the following benefits :
