What You Will Enjoy Doing

• This role will manage day-to-day customer service operations for the North Haven plant, serving as the main point of communication with customers
• You will need to collaborate with the plant to ensure timely and clear communication with customers regarding delivery timelines, parts in production, and other potential issues
• You will serve as a reliable single point of contact for the customer base for inquiries related to production, order management, and customer satisfaction
• This role will handle all aspects of house account management, ensuring accounts meet organizational performance and customer satisfaction goals
• You will also assist with driving the rollout and implementation of the Customer Information Management (CIM) / Case Management systems for all customers and plants, leveraging it for effective communication and transparency with customers.
